1. It is suitable for high-speed steel, cemented carbide steel and other tools, for turning the outer circle, end face, grooving, cutting and boring of ferrous, non-ferrous and some non-metallic shaft, cylinder and disc parts , thread, surface and conical machining operations.

2. The main drive and feed drive adopt a separate structure, the machine tool spindle is equipped with a coder, and a grating ruler is installed in the Z-axis direction, which can be fully closed-loop controlled.

3. The bed adopts the structure of separated four guide rails, and the bed of the tool holder adopts static pressure guide rails.

4. The main drive is driven by the spindle servo motor, and the hydraulic two-speed speed change can realize the reasonable speed range of the spindle.

5. The spindle box is a double-wall through-shaft structure, and adopts double-row short cylindrical roller bearings with high precision and adjustable radial clearance.
